I had some fun reading the party reports. And the music is good also!
If you leave the common anti-hugi attitude behind, you'll notice that this issue is not bad at all. F.e. the sceners-in-business-chapter was a rather interesting idea.
And just for the record:

There have been aesthetically better issues IMO, but I've liked the articles I've read this far and the music is fine.
I liked the three 'backgrounds behind the demos'-articles and the coding-related things were nice too (though not really groundbreaking).
One suggestion I have is to drop the news, since it's outdated anyway, and add more interviews with sceners. Those are nearly always interesting to read.
But then, people always have good advice, so feel free to ignore.

I liked some of the code-sections (and found other parts of the code-section useless).
Hmm. I don't read the interviews at all, but I think the news should stay. Anyway, just my opinion.
nothing even remotely interesting to read here. except the win 512b intro article.

There is my Digital Nexus 2001 report in there,. and also some interesting tutorials especially for newbies.
