FYI - to display mb.ps in GSView, Ignore DSC should be checked. The human readable ps will show with default settings.
PS is teh cancer. You can not image how hard I want it to die. Every. farking. day...

1. Share you printer
2. Map it to the port lpt1:
net use lpt1: \\your_ip_or_127.0.0.1\printer_name
3. Send .ps to the lpt1:
copy /b mb.ps lpt1
4. Wait.
Your printer must be able to process PS.
If nothing happened after long waiting try to send another document to print.
Tested on HP LaserJet 2200 and it took several minutes.
