This one is quite interesting.
Chilly xerxes soundtrack with visuals that feel like walking/driving around beeing drunk/drugged.

Trippy! thumb up for using some video! Other groups should follow suit. It isn't illegal anymore :) I don't like the black frame though. If it was meant to simulate a phototechnique I would imagine it would change depending on the light coming from the scene. Maybe a simple radial fadeout would work better? I've experimented with such borders a lot and I tend to fall back to something simple every time :P

I agree with Backspace, but this dream is not a good one. Normally I love everything what Xerxes is doing, but these voice cuts ruined the whole soundtrack.

I have only watched this at the party, but it was indeed a surprisingly good experience for me.

This is a realy bad demo. music saves it. But im a little confused here, usualy norweigans thumb up norweigan productions... but the dannes.. hmm smells like eurovision song contest here ;)

The music is odd and not the masterpiece I'd expect from Xerxes.

As for the demo, it's just a cliched driving video disguised with some horrible blurs and overlays. I've seen better "Trips to the party" type videos.

It reminds me of Ban the Orphan by Fearmoths and seems to be trying too hard to be weird and arty.

So boring.

I'd like to give another thumb. Really like how it sounds and looks. Sure it's a bit filter heavy left and right but in general they do a good job stylizing the video. These are not TP party report videos. And even if they were..

I liked this a lot! The great track caught me off guard which doesn't happen too often. For me it's all about direction with this one and that's totally fine. Not every demo needs to show off.

Completely missed this. Very nice soundtrack and great visuals. Colors could be improved a lot though and little improvements here and there could be made, but still very good.

Also one of the best tracks I've heard from Xerxes, recently at least :)

Upon couple re-watches, this is one of the best productions of last year for me. I really like the effect and how it's a bit "rough-around-the-edges". Same thing with the direction, though in the regard there are a couple missteps like the times then the camera just zooms into the frame and the visuals become near static, doesn't look too good either. But overall this is just fantastic. One of those few cases where the visual and aural experience tie together extremely well.
