I don't know, after the great Time Out, I expected a lot, and I thought this one had miles lower quality than TO. Bad modreplay as well (noisy sound) which runs on what I suspect is cpu only, and replayed at a low mixing rate to save cpu-time. All to be able to use the Brainstorm DSP-JPEG decoder while running the demo.. Anyway that's my guess :)
But at second thought, what the hell, thumbs up..
its not an outstanding falcon demo, but has a nice mood in some way.. the efx are actually boring, but put in a nice and straigth way.. thats why i thumb it up..
just good enough for a thumbs up. after their hyper synced and well-designed time-out demo this one seemed to move into another direction. the code seems better.. but choices like heavy jpeg on textures are definite nono's. also the graphics and effects seem a bit random.
still, it was a bigger prod than fungle beats and so it became a worthy winner of the quast compo. the music is great btw.

the color settings drags the overall impression down. And i'm not a huge fan of the music either. A downer compared to Time Out.
cool track and some nice fx
