Well. It looks like it was done using OSDM. It is technically and artistically uninteresting, has bad (matter of taste) music and is a joke prod in a language I don't understand. Thus the downvote...

Too slow to start, at some point there's this minor lifted feeling when the dot-balls come bouncing and you tell the credits but the giant letters keepin' repeating the same loop are too ugly to fully enjoy and pretty much ruin the whole thing. Good music (partially).
