Unfortunately, I lack capture card equipment, otherwise I'd make a hardware based encode too. The video is ripped from Kega Fusion and the sound is ripped directly from the hardware modified with a CCAM mod. The audio and video should be synced alright, but I can't promise it'd be perfect. The video fails to show a slight video glitch that happens on hardware, apparently something to do with Kega Fusion being more lax about column scrolling or something.
