Didn't run here (is it really Windows?), just some infos from a DiET packer after starting the .exe and then some error message. Referring to the Wired results it made the 8th place, but won later at JEM '98
If you're expecting VIP2 quality, don't. Deserving of its 8th place (it's DOS btw, not Windows)
I checked all configuration for at least 90 minutes before submitting this puppy and

DOS or not, this runs just fine on my Windows machine. Either way, it's not great.
