Hmmmm....technically probably good (and almost a thump) but it is overall too monochromatic, too psychodelic, a noise screen?!?
What's up with the constant red flashing all over the demo? It's too annoying and spoils all the fun. The effects and overall presentation are good but the flashing makes me wonder whether to thumb this up or not.

This demo has design, has the usual kick ass code, has amazing music and even works on the falcon. The flashing light could have been omitted though. Well done.

Some nice routines, but I think the flashing red color is ruining them and prevent from fully appreciating the whole demo.
Sorry I have to agree that the flashing red colour ruins the demo.
Some really amazing effects, but also i don´t like this flashing colour. And i don´t understand the noise screen... ;-)

first the whole "demo" was thought for some visualize-effects for some party.. therefore the name. :)
Since the demo grow in size, and 505 wanted something for Sillyventure - I decided to finish it more or less ..
The flashing is still in - so the demo might not be for the weak ! AND - you aren't WEAK, aren't YOU ?! ;)
Expect an updated version soon.. maybe still this year.
I also want to do a DMA-bootdisk version of this little demo, since I LOVE DMA-bootdisk demos !!

I'm a big fan of Checkpoint, all the Defjam job is really impressive. This time, I must admit that I'm disappointed... The music from 505 is quite average, the flashing border is a problem as many people notice it, and... Exocet was in holidays? :)
Ther is some great ideas, as usual. For example, the zooming words with delay is really smooth and well done. So very good code, but lack of design to my taste... but very good code, I repeat :)

I like the sync a lot, the constant flashing may have been better done like the old Haujobb & Dune releases, it's too regular for my taste.

Well, I'm gonna go against the crowd and say that the music in this release totally rules! The freshest acid sounds my STE has made since back Crazy Q was putting out stuff on his G-Spot label. The sndh of this is playing on my eeepc as I type! :D

Only a few people complained (and not me, i liked it) about the music, but most people complained about the flashes... I hope final version will have a cheat code to disable them (or better, no flashes as default and a cheat code to enable them... ;).

A lot of people also did not complain about the flashes. My opinion is that removing them would tarnish the awesomeness of the prod.

It's a great flashing demo ! No other like design, fast and rather amzing effects, music style i really like ! YES ! Really pleased !
I like this one very much as it proves once again Defjams coding skills... the very strange outfit matches perfectly to Nils´ completely krank mukke, thumb up for the difference! Only the abrupt ending sucks a bit...

the tune gets very nice in the mid of the demo.. and the effects are excellent! didn't notice that its constantly flashing though :)

Probably the most coherent Checkpoint demo to dayte! Good syncs with the music, no pauses for loading, wicked tune, and code that hits the pedal to the metal :).
Excellent stuff!
P.S. fave effect, the M-Demo 3 zoomer/scroller on acid :)
