Yeah! I was playing this on Amstrad. It was weird and hard, full of traps which you needed to know, in order to not loose. Leonard is still alive and kicking ass!!! :)

Just downloaded and finished it. It was funny, cause I wanted to finish it fast and leave it, cause I had work to do. At first, I said,. ahh ok, it must be the first stages I know from CPC. But after that it had other stages (Perhaps additional, or stages existed on AtariSt but not on CPC) and that meaned I had to search for hours and learn the traps by water :P

I love the music. I didn't like the original game that much, I guess because I suck at it. But this is a wonderful conversion.
fantastic - and it's still a bastard hard as it was on the ST :)
I am one of those retarded geeks that played this for hours on a PC/XT and a 4-color CGA adapter. It's the first time I listen to the actual game music, decent sound support for the PC was a dream back then. A great conversion, I think I will get hooked once again and play all available levels :-)
Btw,. to avoid the misunderstandings, the "FUCK YOU" was not going to the production/maker, but to the hardness of the gameplay itself, which is a good thing. It's just that I felt a relief when I finished the damn little thing! Cause I didn't knew the new additional stages (They didn't existed on CPC,. there you would go in an egyptian level after the 1/3 of this little game), so it was a pain in the ass to finish that bitch! Sorry :)

It beautifully reminded me of why I hated RD back then and still do! I can never drop off a ledge without dying to spikes or bunch of bad guys. And then I have to run the whole freakin' screen again. The most annying game ever. I had a trainer in RD2 on C64 that gave me unlimited lives, but I died at least 1000 times when finishing the game.
it's challenge, cool and small - we need more 32k's!

Everyone who likes this game, should take a look at Spelunky. It's basically a more elaborate Rick Dangerous, crossed with Nethack (or any roguelike for that matter). It's awesome. :)

damn, remember playing this games for hours and hours on the Amiga. But we had a cheat back then with unlimited lives, bombs and shots. Impossible without it. Is there a cheat in this version too? Think you had to write something at the gameplay to make it work. NEED CHEAT NAAAOOWWW!!!
