That's stretching the concept of 4k size limit even more into the ridiculous.
Compo rules said that computer had Flash Player 10.1 plugin installed in addition to DirectX etc libraries. Also swf is under 4k, exe is under 4k, it's not that stretch of a rules for me.
If flash player plugin size would be added to the intro and all used libraries to other 4ks, I think this would fare pretty well size wise. Too bad imports are so fatty on swf bytecode and limited the room for content a lot :( WTB better swf packer

Assembly rules are fucked up, Flash isn't part of the operating system afaik.
