Not the best ever, but good coherency and some style. I really liked the fact that it uses my name in the intro.. simple, but cool :) So it changes colour based on the time too? Anything else?
Btw, I had to give permissions to the exe on my mac - is it because rar format doesn't support permissions? Or because it was packed on a PC perhaps? If anyone needs to do it, open terminal, cd to the folder the demo is in, and run this:
chmod 755 Cardio\ Chaos.app/Contents/MacOS/CardioChaos

the overlay takes away almost all sense of movement. I think the calligraphic cardio chaos logo is not in the right style compared to the overlay.
