I wonder what they did for real. Surely not using an MP3 File and play it on the "high power" CPU ;) . It seems to be some "waveform sparepart handling". At least it is impressive to have this long playing "digi" audio in this small sized file.

Well, comprehensibility is about "hardly above zero" as with almost all other hobbyist speech synthesis/resynthesis attempts (mine included :), but very nice anyway. Skimmed through the source and loved how this is very tailor-made for compressing monophonic vocals - now reduce the # of voices used and make an editor out of it so ppl can do SID songs with singing on it :D
