Technically probably pretty nice but it bored me to death.
A tiny bit too much (repeated) distortion/blur sync at places, otherwise really nice! Soundtrack worked out, though I´m not too much fan of it.

its a trademark, symbol, icon - it is destruction and death - not a model. so it was essential to the demo - i guess :P

great textures and colors, and creative music, i'm glad it's not drowned in bass or cliche dubstep stuff like the last one. the tank and scenepoetry are a little more predictable, though. :)

I think creators of this demo wanted a unique feeling and they somehow succeeded. I'm not sure if I will remember this demo next year but sure it was enjoyable.

A good, moody demo. And you seem to have a great engine: good framerates in high resolution, crisp textures and nice dof/blur effects. I would love to see a demo with more elaborate 3d scenes from you. I think "Bombman" is still one of the most impressive looking demos ever around...

too dark and boring for me. probably nice code, but can't really see anything due to the constant distortions and over-used blurs.

The music was quite something. Really loved it.
Nice visuals and music.
Made me think of Puissance and Laibach. Which is of course a good thing.
The soundtrack = awesome. The best entry in the compo. I hope it'll win.

nice *but* indeed, the blur could've been a bit less every now and then, allowing for SOME sharpness (because some objects really looked quite okay or so it seemed through the haze of the blur)

Looks really good, even if the tank looked a bit cheap. Great soundtrack. All the distortion and sync becomes too much, but it's still a very beautiful and moody demo.

As whoever said in the demo studio, the music and visuals just suck you in. And I love the lighting very much.

Damn! This went straight to my top list of 2009. Massive soundtrack with matching visuals and a message to boot. The only little thing I wasn't happy about were the redundant sync points during the tank driveby scene.
I am so sick of that bad distortion effects. Watchig it on stream I thought it was beacause of bandwdth problems.
Seeing it on purpose makes me instantly vote down this one.

Love the way the text fades. Music was ok, expected a bigbeat at some point, but I understand it'd screw the mood. Graphics and philosophy, very good in their ideas but don't go anywhere as zefyros said. Average Matt Current prod, which counts as a thumb up of course :)

I may be a minority here, so apologies to the Matt Current folks. While the visuals grabbed me from the start, being all shiny, glossy and high-end looking, the soundtrack ruined the whole demo for me. It went from original to annoying, and that's a real pity, because I really dug the graphics. Abstract, ungraspable (does that word even exist?), yet still intriguing in a positive Inflorescence-way. At the end, however, being annoyed by the music I already know now that I will never watch it again.

Nice. The globe had a bit of a pathetic touch to it though, but it wasn't too much out of line.
although the music, shading and cutting rocked, that toytank almost ruined the impression for me.
