Should have won, the last scene rocks.

Nice, but very system demanding
Nice!!
That was a nice surprise!!
The transitions and camera movements were very poor, but otherwise this was a really polished and beautiful demo. The visual effects were nicely done and the soundtrack was awesome!
I love demos like this!

good ideas, and i thought the part with blobs on a table with reflections was beautiful, but the music wasn't good, so i'll leave it at okay.
Music and visuals brought me instantly 12 years back in time. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing...
Okay, I probably should watch this on a demo-capable computer before saying anything but at least on the stream this looked like pretty much the definition of coder-design, coder-colours and well, coder-everything.
What I can't figure out is how the hell Wade likes this stuff:)

HDR made it
Mixed feeling about this one: some good things along with clichés and coder-design.
15 years ago we used to name the effect in a corner of the screen. You somehow managed to give the same feeling without explicitly writing it : now we're using HDR cubemaps, now we're doing SSAO, now we're using instancing, etc...).
If I may, try to focus more on why you use those effects, as a mean, instead of focusing on the effects themselves just for the sake of it (as an end).
Still, a good demo :)

yes , good demo.
Nice visuals.
wow this demo is awesome!!

Should have won
Some of the effects just felt like "everyone can do that nowadays", for me a least. Still a nice prod, though.
This demo made my day. Sure, it's "coder design" but it's been a long time since we last saw good, honest coder design with nice effects. It's not great art, but it's great entertainment, and sometimes it has to be that way.

I guess Preacher just summed up my feelings. :)
I guess when you're tired of cubes made up of other cubes, you're tired of life.
unremarkable, rescued by the last few scenes
Exactly what Preacher said!
.
perfect
not my cup of tea.
okayish, beginning was pretty ugly, but there were couple of nice scenes at the end.
What noby said.
Well. The first 50% sucked, the second 50% pwned.
Piggy.
Piggy.
nice reflections, would be nice as 64k
starts too blocky but last parts look very nice. I think many people thinks the same way. thumb goes to the last 1-2 minutes.
I can't quite put my finger on it from an artistic standpoint, nor can find any connection between the scenes and of course any underlying concept. Still my thumb can only go up since some of the effects and scenes are very well executed and impressive, and there are some fresh ideas in there as well.
well polished scenes, endpart rulez
Didn't like the music that much since it didn't have a theme or lead me anywhere and the chords seemed to be put together randomly but some scenes looked really nice.
The loader-bar and the "ear-cleaning-sticks"-part were my favourites. The music was not that great. The HDR-maps felt completely out of place (even though they made the objects nice and shiny :)
Didn't like it much. Last part with the transparent spheres was much too long.
The "coder design" as people put it here is not my cup of tea, but still some nice tech and ideas.
ditto, technically good but those shaders and fx were awfully put to use
Wonderful shinny env-mapped objects that look so crystal clear yet we don't see frequently in demos maybe because the demoscene might think it's too kitsch. You make me want to watch the 1995 era DOS demos full of env-mapped and phong objects but here with acceleration they can be sooooo much better.
meh
What the preacher said.
nice, agree with preacher also, i even somehow liked the oldskool music style which totaly didnt fit, but still rocked anyway :D
cool
bad transitions, jerky music, no direction.
.. 50 seconds later, incoherency has been redefined. that one needs some direction as well as a basic idea to start with.
the first few parts are very ugly and too long, and HDR maps by them selves don't impress me much either. Music was also quite annoying. The yellow qtips part had an interesting code touch to it and saves it from a thumbdown
Biggest surprise of the demo compo at Evoke'09. Some scenes are soo beautiful! It's a pity that the music is so silent and misses to add some drive to the scenes.
rar.zip :D
music so-so, but rest is fine
bravo
shiny and smooth <3
Very good scenes, objects and colors.
But that chaotic camera movements spoils everything.

a video version for mac users would be nice :)
Sweet
Fart Man.
Great looking visuals!
Cool and warm feeling! The land of cubes is back :P The music is very cool! Like that sync-sound and blippish lead, blended with the skewlpads :P Super visuals with quite some HDRI and physiq effects! Love the glass spheres!
Vety nice !
very
Preacher said it quite nicely.
wow. masterpiece.
what sir said
neat
Looks like a solid engine, too bad the scenes were a bit uneventful and relied too much on cubes...
Some oddities, but mostly nice to very nice looking. Music is just ok.
modern effect-show. colourscheme could be better, but was enjoyable. had this 90s amiga feeling somehow.
Beautiful! Great effects!
You really need to work on the direction.
You really need to work on the direction.
Camera movement was off-putting at some parts, the visuals were neat - I really liked the shiny objects - somehow they lacked something to make them click with me - and the tune had to grow on me.
For the 2D gfx (despite being totally disconnected to anything else) a thumb.
