i just can't thumb it up because of that music which certainly doesn't match my taste at all. otherwise it's a rather nice and lengthy demos with quite a bunch of 2d graphics, you don't see that anymore very often in nowadays demos ;)

Crashes after the girl with particles behind her. The particles themselves seem to contain illegal vertexdata in some cases (some particles have one or two vertices located at [0,0] etc), and after that I get one frame of a new scene and then it's over. Wow. I almost sound like DiamonDie.

worked 100% correctly here, no crashes, and quite an enjoyable ride it was too! some nice oldskool details with a little designer touch plus non-boring 3d and energetic music track can do wonders if mixed properly. great work booncol and the gang!.. 8)

weird, second time i run this demo on my gf2mx it died after the pic with the chinese chick and some flatshaded (woohoo) tubes.

if i might request 1 thing.. the scene where the tubes hit the ground and a particle explosion is shown.. i could see the quads slightly sticking thru the floor. nothing really worth arguing over ofcourse, but if you feel bored at a certain moment, fix it =)

what is it with those polish ftps? i can't access toya.scene.pl (times out while trying to connect) and klosz doesn't allow anonymous login for me. or at least it pretends to, but it doesn't accept any password.
@robotriot: toya is dead, and with klosz - try passive mode for ftp
you really should install the dx-debug runtime, that should help you catch most of the errors mentioned here..
payda: passive mode didn't work. it still says "login incorrect" after the password.
robotriot: and what did you type as password? did you enter you email? if it doesn't work try something with a polish domain - for example "tadeusz@dupa.pl".

It's been a long time since I saw such good effects bound in a demo. Nice and original. It only has one flaw: they recycled one scene to fill the gap until the music ends. It would be better the other way around (cut some music).

The design has some small flaws sometimes, but this is good shit! Yeah!
The first time I tried the demo it froze up after the loading screen with a 0.5 second sound sample constantly repeating itself. I pressed 'esc' and immediatly tried again with 100% success.
This demo is the mutt's nuts! Possible the best 2002 production thus far! The only bit I didn't care for was the very tired and unimaginative music. Everything else is super duper!

here's one way to get it work (at least it worked for me without crashes):
Download GTU(geforce tweak utility) and switch on "quality settings" from GTU menu.
Then start the demo again. Without this method this nice demonstration crashed middle of the demo.

For me, the demo exits after the 'particle-girl' part when running WinXP. In Win98 the whole demo worked. I'm using det30.82 in XP,can't remember what I use in Win98.

I only managed to pass the tubes part turning the DirectX debug runtime in retail (you may known what I mean).
I get almost the triple of the framerate than in DX debug runtime in debug, that means, that code is just crap. You are using a decent API, so use it properly !!

I'm not a fan of psytrance/goa/styge/whatever but i still managed to enjoy this one. Its quite 'solid' and has some groovy effects. The design is maybe a bit boring for such an energetic soundtrack and the 2d gfx aren't anything special but its still nice enough to be a pig:)

OHhhhh lord!! I can't believe it - my hope in the demoscene [and most other forms of thankless/profitless art] had nearly been decimated by the lack of inspired work lately, then this came along!. I can only hope that this isn't a fluke and more the start of a one upping session among the learn-ed. bravo! ran perfectly on my p4 1.6ghz+gf4 440 w/512ram and, though a little choppier, just as well (without crash) on my p3 666mhz+gf2 w/256ram.

I tried the patch on klosz but it still crashes (exits without warning) after the title screen. Config: Athlon 1.4Ghz, 512MB RAM, GF2 Pro 32MB, v22.50 Nvidia driver, Win98, DX8.1. My guesses are either it exploits a bug in this particular Nvidia driver version, or it wants more video RAM.
i'm still trying to find the bug.

(had to search for the group to find it) ..gotta watch it again now mjam mjam..

Just wanted to see some new PC-demos today. After having seen some pretty okay, but still boring releases, i stumbled across this one... This demo kixx ass!! I don't know how good this is compared to many other PC-demos from 2002, but compared to what i've seen so far this one is floating somewhere in an above dimension! Cool non-boring & non-3D effects smoothly synched to the music.. Co0l design. And that kewl music just fucking roxx the house for real! NRG!

Contains enough oldsk0Ol fx to prevent it from being boring - the hair on the bones was particularly good - some fx mentioned above are left too long - but overall, full on enjoyable and thank GOD someone remembered to show pixel art in a produciton again - that's missing from so much these days - full thumb up

This product seems like it was MEANT to be shown on the Big Screen. We run it at ReAct 2k3 demoparty and kicked ass. The music is fantastic and if played on a large sound system even better. The colors are Projector friendly too :P Excellent work guys.

The beginning made me think of someone trying to imitate TBL in nuskool. Some nice scenes, some less nice ones. Decent colors. Some very cool syncrho. Music was fairly nice. Some of the graphics were nice, some were quite bad.

it isn't that this demo isn't well done - it is a very nicely put together prod (especially liked some of the graphics: the lighting in the 2nd scene and also the 1st 2D stillframe girl)..

Another trancy demo which we don't have too many of. It's just that there are a couple of better ones than this around. Nothing really interesting in the graphics and the 2d isn't even that pretty to look at. Still worth a piggy.
