Veeeeeery nice demo !! TBL has done a must see! A little bit short but powerfull!

A well designed demo, cool textures, but missing some realistic scenes...
Also, we are always waiting for the final version.

This demo is of TBL quality. The graphics are VERY nice and the audio is fitting nicely. The final should really come as I'm wondering what they changed or added! =)

One of the first very good accelerated demo. The gfx and the design are welll done.

an awesome soundtrack and awesome gfxs, some really good effects (especially the infinite rotozoom) and a nice atmosphere, although on some PCs the demo stalls very often, which is quite annoying, contour will stay a must see for years !!

Great demo, although it crawls due to buggy code. But why spread 10,000 flyers, you crazy weirdos? :)

Kinda sad that everything cool in the demo was already printed on their flyers (maaan, i never made that many paper planes in ONE day :), but still, a cool demo. Would even have deserved the first place in the compo. And the music is REALLY cool.

Don´t you think you all overrate this demo a bit? I mean its IMHO really nice. But thats about it. It misses that special something to make it a real killer!

oh well.. considering all those flyers and the tbl bonus they still only made 2nd place for a reason...
after all i remember being at the to99 and they barely made it there to enter.. the whole thing seemed somewhat incomplete, not really as finished as they'd wanted it...
so i guess it's a good demo, but there's better ones out...

comeone dudes.. its like stash but accel and more crappier.. then wow.. lets use that old zoomer we used in 10 other amiga demos.. and making it in accel ohh..that was just 10lines of code.. well whadda heck.. people will buy it.. because.. we are TBL..! ;D

I think this is overrated. 'Contour' "okay", but doesn't have that something that makes you watch it over and over again.

contour really looks like all other tbl productions, which of course is not a bad thing, but it's not exactly original.

just my vote again for the demo and the PR :)

if you have a decent demo-system you could do it in two lines :

i wonder if it beats the loop with one matrix operation tho wich it takes from the beginning.. hums.. =) (let the fade be in the .xw for example and nr of pic in the list in .yw ;)

macaw: yes, we do that with all our 64k intros.

interesting enough, it doesn't seem to help much, but it makes releasing sourcecodes safer.

you should optimize for multiply processors to... use different threads for every dezin effect;P

Gfx is ok and music too, but the demo is way too short and far below TBL standards... sucks too much memory also...

A cool (but short) demo. Not much in the way of effects, but what's there is fantastic. A bit overrated? Maybe, but still very nice.

Very stylish gfx and design, complemented by an uplifting sound track. A little too short and uneventful (save for the trademark TBL zoomer), but still a great piece of work.

Blah.. I was amazed by Jizz and Stash at the time it was released. Then I observed how that IXA engine goes nowhere trying to find space for itself between demoscene and commercial plugin space to replace Flash.. both failed at the end and watching this demo after years is like watching Jizz and Stash with new tune and graphics... boring and clueless. Piggie is the up-vote for the graphics.
