Finally a new demo by my favourite c64 group. :)

Excellent effects, cool music, great graphics. A c64 demo that easily rivals oldskool Amiga stuff.
Very nice indeed. One of the top 3 c64 demos for the year, I'm sure. Only downer is the copy of the Cougar doggy pic.
Oh, yeah! Finally a new demo from Resource!!! I show it yesterday in the Icafe and I was impressed.. I 'll check today the other X goodies in my home...
Great demo! Long live the C64!
Great demo, but Tomaes:
TRY TO FIND A DECENT PALETTE FOR YOUR DAMN EMULATOR. that picture is so fucked up.
a palette made by a guy called 'pepto' is the best. 99% accurate.

Stunning code by Oswald! Great demo!
GREAT work
I was there at X2001 when it played, and it got da house down. The excellent music was by GRG, and everyone basically died when watching the bumpmapped face :).
Btw, the demo was shown on a projector with even worse color distortions than standard CCS ;). That didn't stop it from winning, tho'.

Finally a new demo from Resource. Several new, cool and improved effects here! Some conversions of famous parts in Amiga demos, like Technological Death, Desert Dreams and World of Commodore, great bump mapping and phong mask with flare effect, 3d city (This and some of the other flat shows are crunched animations) and more! Cool musics and gfx..
The only thing I don't like, is that the music is interrupted too often and another one + some black screens come, there is no a continuous music for several parts to play with the action, it's not that continuous trackmo like Void, so when your adrenaline is going up, it's interrupted too early or something...
ANyways,. at least a great fxwise demo on the C64 again! I have already voted, I am just describing a little somethings here :)
I wan't a Graham demo now! =)
Perhaps in TP?

phoenix: and cougar's doggypic was a copy.
Ok, basically, _extreme_ wowness.
Only issue with this nearly perfect demo is the dog,
In that it's been in 2 other c64 demos. Maybe not EXACTLY the same dog, but it's the same dog.
The dude at the flip disk screen is a killer pic tho, and the fx are just total and utter oblivion shifters.

Great demo, congrats Oswald, Edhellon and the others.
anyway, All in all ... I would like to see more original pics .. instead of stupid copywork ..
rocks.
weeell ... i liked the bump mapped face, that one was really cool. but overall it was not that entertaining as for example deus ex machine or +h2k, might be because it just didn't look that spectacular.
Edh - csak nem a Commodore Vilag cimlapjarol van szo? :)
I was really astonished! This was definitely one of the very best C64 demos I have ever seen. If I hadn't seen it myself, I'd say these things are and always will be impossible to do on a C64. Thanx 4 proving me wrong. ;)
this demo kicks ass..
thumbs up
thumbs up
was rather nice and great job - not really style i am into but enjoyable still aye as good one should it be
Really amazing demo, imo one of the best for the C64!
I absolutely love it!
incredible technical quality (hires effects where others do 4x4 blocks), fast-paced, good music (especially during credits). not as artistic as e.g. krestology, but definitely a top-notch demo.
good shit.
I remember seeing the preview version of this demo on FLaG 2001, and just staring stunned on the bigscreen after the 'phonged 3dsface with lensflare'-part... BoyC looking back, and trying to say something like "It's some fucking phong..." and me trying to answer "Yeah..." but unable to speak because my jaws dropped...
UN-FUCKING-BELIEVEABLE!
UN-FUCKING-BELIEVEABLE!
Some people seem to be not aware of the fact that most effects have not much to do with realtime animation. :)
great!... speed and resolution, the way i like it
if this was a girl, I would have came undone...
the beginning of this demo is very very cool!
This prod kixass.
Rock Solid! the graphsim, code and music rules, and the whole thing is well polished till the end
probably my favourite c64 demo
One asskicking effect after the other! Especially the bump face - that's definitely one of the best c64-fx ever. Right up there with Grahams wobbler from Parts/Oxyron.
Yesterday, I met again with 2 greek CPC sceners from Dirty Minds and decided to show them some of my latest favorite C64 demos (This one, Insomnia and Cycle). There comments were very funny..
They loved this one the most, perhaps because of more effects and little details. The mask blowed them away of course (Our old member Morbid, said something like "Tell me now I am on Candid camera or something?!" and our main coder Antitec wondered "Why are we so many light years back on CPC?".
The funniest thing was what Morbid had said about the messy effect on the screenshot above "That must be her vagina =)"
It's always interesting showing C64 demos to CPC sceners and make them wondering about what the possibilities are..

Pouet needs a way to suggest/submit an alternative link.

This is so, so good.

Awesome demo. Good gfx, nice msx (interrupts too often though) and innovative effects. Definately worth seeing.
\o/ simply great \o/
Excellent.
To impress a friend, to show "1 Mhz rulez"; this is the evidence 64kb is enough.
Wow! If only I could...

this demo pwnz all!
The best from Resource.
great looking and freshish use of some of the effects
One of my top5 C64 demos.
totally fucking cool. great music and great effects. and when the insert disk 2 screen appeared I waited for the countdown to reach zero because I thought something funny might happen then (like in old Animators Amiga demos f.e.). :) I also like the references to various Amiga demos here (Technological Death, Desert Dreams etc.). :) A great C64 demo all the way!
Very strong! Great effects and soundtrack.
I like it.
I like it.
Awesome! this is keeping the legacy alive!
This one is AWESOME!
some of the unbelievable ones for the c64
and they did normal mapping long before me and its a farway better solution ;)
Obviously, one of the best c64 demos ever.
how can it be that I never thumbed this up? one of my favourite c64 demos!
Good one.
nice demo with great poly routs
GREAT demo!
Many nice effects in there!
A eyecatcher with nice transitions!!
Simply lovely.
a lovely jewel that's often overlooked, as it seems.
GREAT !
hm, I thought I had thumbed this
Fabulous soundtrack and really great effects... Resource rocks !
Nice too.
nice
WTF I didn't vote on this here yet? Here's the thumb up it doesn't deserve since it's only equal to a single thumb up. This demo deserves two golden thumb ups, but since I can only give a single normal thumb up, I guess I'll give that.
great demo! I just discovered this excellent group :D

THERE! ONLY 10 YEARS LATER. :P
The good news about fewer new demos is that we have time fixing the old ones. ;)
Cool, I didn't know this one. Vectors, bump and shaded face are ace!
Really awesome demo!
resource rocks! neat demo!
sowas von "rulez"
Awesomes
Breathtaking production!
A bit (8 bits?) amigaesque. Awesome bumpmapping. Awesome music.
Where's my thumb? Inspires me to this day...
Nice code!
