I spent some nice and interesting hours with this tool in 1998. Great to see that there has been a new version much later (and actually made a tune with it). I'm a bit surprised that the tool does not receive a broader recognition.
Cool looking adlib tracker, I am search for some and this works well on the 386sx pocket.
