i2pi = jdigital = an australian guy who toured europe visiting the demoscene. It's his first intro, and I think it's decent :) Hope he will bring fresh ideas from an outsider to the scene ;)

Ok,. 3d flyby demos maybe boring for some people, but I also don't like entirely minimalistic stylish demos. Perhaps we will need something that compines both code and design (But not extremely stylish..)
But what I am saying now? Do what you love to do! I am bored to whine always about your "Sucking Demotrends" demos :)
P.S. Btw,. I have used many times the words "Sucking Demotrends". It's just to define abstract stylish demos (E.g. Wireframe, Sunflowerish, e.t.c..) I have heard this thing in an article on an older HUGI issue by Styx/Headcrash. Although I personally sometimes like some of these strange kinds of demos (Like Hplus, Plastik, Zilog, e.t.c..)
