For foreigners (and others) who don't get the joke... The girl scouts of Finland had some sort of event where they gave cookies to people, but in Finnish the word for cookie (pipari) is also a slang word for vagina, so obviously girl scouts giving pipari to as many people as possible made lots of dirty minds laugh..
