doh! there's a typo in the title.
Nice effects and gfxs.
Nice remake!
rockorZ!
Honestly, it would be much better if Doug and the guys would have made an original demo out of these routines instead of trying immitate the amiga one. Although not a really bad conversion, it doesn't live up to the amiga original.
I have to agree with evil, its not as good as the amiga original - nice anyway.
Download link is broken... google doesn't help... anyone got a working link?

Compared to the Amiga ECS version some parts are a bit ugly, the rest seems to be okay and run fast enough under Steem.
good
Nothing beats amiga ;-)
when whas this imitation released
?

magic: when properly coded, there are some good ST demos you just have to check out. No custom chips needed ;)
Oh my god! I did some of the graphics for this!!
And a thumb for that port too, i'm in the mood.
for the effort
[sigh] have to adjust for Magic's being an idiot.
Ok let's just actually push the adjustment button.
cool but less colourfull.
Nice port
note: works only with TOS 102 !!! the disk I got from LAPD ran fine on my 1.62 STe.
While the demo is 'nice' it did feel rather lacking in comparison to the other stuff I picked up at the time, think it's shorter than the original too

Have not seen the (probably better) Amiga version, but it's one of the first STe demos, and a good one at that.
Fair port of a nice Amiga demo!
Hmm doesn't seem to work under TOS 1.62 .. a bit odd that?
Got it to work now.. but I'm not really a fan of any kind of port as you've not made the demo for that machine spec nor its type of user base. But this is still pretty nice.
No easy task here, but I enjoyed this port/remake all along.
It would benefit of the HigheST color mode, if it was remade today.

I enjoyed this port too! :)
Fantastic demo, one of the first few I seen which made use of the STE's hardware. Nice use if stencil vectors. And it was great having a rolling decoder a change too! ( it was also nice to see some top drawer stuff from a fellow Scotl !)
Good early effort on the STE.
motivational thumb
as mentioned, not an 1 : 1 of the original, but not bad either.
nice
Port of the classic Amiga demo to the Atari STe platform, just saw this port for the first time today
Demo doesn't work under Hatari 2.3.1...
cool
