A radical video with a message and funny elements.

At MS 2002 they got disqualified by MS organizing mainly for political uncorrect (anti american) content about the terrorist attacks on 11th september

You guys mix somethihng up here...

The 2001 release from crimson jihad wasn't disqualified and even won the wild competition. This was just possible as the rest of the wild-entries was pretty low quality and as this wild had some (boring) anti-m$ stuff in it...it won!

The disqualified willd-video you talk here about was the release from _this_ year's MS ... 2002! This one dealed with the terror attack of 11th september and was really _very_ 'tasteless' without any real message...which could have been done maybe...but they didn't but presented just the picture material of the crashing twin towers in a very bad manner! :-(((

It was disqualified absolutely _right_...and I hope that such things won't ever happen again in the scene...

It was surely one of the worst scene-productions I've ever seen so far... :-((

Bad that you can't give like MEGA-thumbs-down here... :-/ THIS one would really deserve it then!

Bye,
Weasel

Features some guy snorting coke and smashing PCs.. boy oh boy. That smashing PC stuff never gets old! Yeah, rip the system or something! (rolls eyes) I didn't see the point of showing this at MS2001, other than that these guys just wanted attention.

I wasn't there for their MS2002 entry, but if it was shown, then I'm glad I missed it. If these guys want to be part of a Jihad, then they should quit the scene and move to Pakistan or Afghanistan, and see how that goes. It's funny until you experience it for yourself.

I have a bad feeling this could erupt into another worthless thread.. :(

well, the other wild entries were bad, too. But this also suxx. a very stupid production. Check the Wild Entries from Mekka 2002. There are much better than this.

A very entertaining and energetic wild-demo with a great, though a _bit_ overused, theme.

Well, I like *this* one even when I didn't voted it for 1st place.
And I refuse to discuss about their MS 2002 entry (probably it would be better not to mention their disqualification this year).
And there were also other nice entries at MS 2001, just check 'Predetermination' for example.

I'm thinking perhaps email, IM, or IRC might be a viable alternative at this point...

i'm not sure if it's that vid, but once i found this wild and another one on this page. (the page actually contains videos from commercial artists :)
added on the 2003-01-29 13:04:43 by Gargaj Gargaj
oh well, showing things does not mean approving things. it's too easy to judge it that way.
but i'd really like to hear what they themselves have to say about it.

Gargaj: Yes, that's the video. So the interested ppl should now know where to get it...

Hohum, nothing to see here. Kind of pathetic that this coke-snorting pc bashing wild got first place at ms. Enough already.
added on the 2004-07-23 06:53:08 by Nezbie Nezbie
I liked it at the party, now I only remembered the destroying of PCs, watched it again and stil like it.
Interesting for the 2002-entry was, that more than half of the people in the hall (independant of each other) started booing out the entry.
