Some dogs in the park, some swings and a funny guy making faces (with lighting from below). It's really funny that this is supposed to be scary, but it's even funnier that it indeed is imho. Being funny and scary at the same time is funny, but also a little bit scary...

koen: you are right about that ambiguity :D i mean, that "dark" style is on the verge of being ridiculous, and thus difficult to be taken seriously (especially if one isn't into that kind of stuff). but on the other hand, I invested a portion of "true dark feelings" into the project, especially into the music. thus, everyone can understand it the way he likes, and is right at the same time :D
my intentions with those kinds of projects are always a colorful mixture of: effects i want to try out, clichés i wanna play with, getting to learn new direction tricks, ... and listening to my track at high volume, too ;). lot's of stuff. bottomline is, this stuff really becomes interesting if i don't nail myself to a particular understanding in advance, since i prefer to let my videos grow in a natural way during the process of developement. it's always interesting to compare my own reception of the results with that of others afterwards. this all applies to my evoke06 video "zerfall" too, by the way.
