They can be, but I don't mind when someone does an ascii logo and puts at least some form of graphic behind the text...
especially a 5 minute trainer that does that. Compared to some of the other text intros (pdx and flt in particular are guilty here) it's enough to get me saying "yay!"

Nah, even the coolish background doesn't save this one from being more than piggy.
The ascii is nice but that's it.
