a great, athmospheric demo! liked it very much.
looks nice but.. the lyrics aren't good, not good at all. Those combined with her "weak" voice didn't do it for me. The whole soundtrack just felt emotionless, didn't get to me at all.. nothing.. Perhaps I'm just too old for emo.. :(

Nice to see an oldskool group releasing new stuff. Great scenes and nice gfx. But as PS said, whats up with the melodramatic music and lyrics? Awfull Goth-wannabe Evenesence crap. Its just embarrassing.
whats up with the music? its something different in my humble opinion. a techno, chip or gabbah would not have worked at all in this concept.

alien: the music style itself is ok. its the cliche scene poetry and the lack of emotion performing it that ruins it. imho. im sure some other people disagree entirely.

The best demo from Function. I liked it a whole lot when it was shown and even more now I can see it clearly.
Whoa. /me likes. Some nice modelling (on purpose lifeless?). The voice didn't sound very professional, but i don't think it's the singer's fault. Poetry is surprisingly good, apart from a few points.

good art work, but bad lyrics (sorry, they sound like they're translated from another language), ugly font, and unconvincing music.
I don't like the voice (not exactly the lyrics) and the font. I don't think both match the visuals and general mood and ambience of the demo. Other than that I think it's great :)

With the newest Catalyst ATI driver run on my PC. But on the second watch the visualisation simple and empty. The vocal save the demo. Ellie's voice is nice!

neither of the exes run here, xp, fx5700, it loads, shows a black screen and sometimes plays music. also, it can only be exited by quite a few esc presses...

Nice gfx, buildings, music EXCEPT that horrible whining. Liked it. Would like much more with "remove vocals" option. Sorry for singer, nothing personal, i've said the same thing and worse to 99,3% of scenemusic with vocals.

personally speaking, I liked it . Great graphics, but i didn't like the vocals in it at all. They are horrible (IMO). But thank god, finally a demo that has not trashy goa-trance-drumnbass-mess. However, I think the melody of the vocals lacks inspiration. Sorry Vincenzo, I really love most of your stuff, but this tune I don't. :) But Rebels guys: This is one of your best efforts in a looooong time. Congrats for winning Function, I' say you deserved it!

oh my god, this is truly tragic. so, it's a 3ds-player (man, i haven't used that expression in a while) with horrible typograpy and music that sounds AWFUL! the melody is all over the place, the vocals are pure crap (and don't even get me started on the scene poetry) and the whole thing sounds like it has been mixed/mastered by a deaf person. YUCK!

the soundtrack is so controversial that it hides the fact that the demo itself is plain simple. overall, it is not crap but it seems so cheesy. still kudos for trying anyway, i look forward to seeing better stuff of this kind next time.

proper feedback: if there is something fucked up its easy to point and its the typography and the lyrics. there are some nice scenes, nice rebels logo, nice ideas, but damn.. i felt like "cheesy, partywinner cheesy cheese sandwich for emos" feeling during watching this. so please improve yourself, dont be so emo, take anti-depressants and such stuff to improve your mental condition if you feel like that girl.

Very nice 3d models but.... 43 MB for a demo??? GOD! And this song... omg... Sound realization sux. Those samples sounds like a general midi stuff (especially drums!). And the demo is boring at the end. Somehow I expected a little more from Rebels!

some nice gfx (great logo) and the code was not terrible. wost part for me was the music and I have nothing against emo. The tune was just too cheesy, with poor production and vocals. When you create the type of emo soundtrack you were attempting you have to be VERY careful of the actual lyrics. chosing the wrong words and metaphors will just make the song sound ghey. For instance: "I am just a number" = cheesey cliche alert! The song actually made me laugh. :)

Naive, but in a refrehshing way. I like it!
In my opinion, this is an outstanding production. Naive. Fragile. Pure, beautiful. The music track is quite addictive and really great for sing-along! Both very emotional and passionate. Added the song to my main playlist and enjoying it!
