Who cares about the d/l-link, I got it without any problems. The content is important and was not bad.

But it either has no double/tripple buffering or doesn't sync to vbl, it flickers a lot. I'm no mac coder, but is it not possible to vbl-sync and do multiple screen buffers in OS X?

Hi evil! We are optimizing the framerate for the final version and investigating how to avoid the flickering you mentioned, i think it's not difficult to fix

it also had lots of flickering here and some scenes are quite slow but i'll wait for that final... I will trust merlucin's final versions only!!!!!!
It feels unfinished (as you say), and although there's pretty much chicha inside maybe it would have been better to polish scenes first rather than create new ones.

I liked "Die Änderung" a lot back then and this looks like it's going to be a worthy sequel if Merlucin manages to improve the framerate.

Quite nice but some parts must be fixed.
It's so great to see a new Spontz demo. Though I didn't experienced this as well as I expected because of some disk swapping and slowness in gfx (maybe my PC sucks), though what it has is energy and I like the music enough.
Even if its not finished I can enjoy a good demo on my Mac again.

there are some nice-looking things and for the most part it works rather well on a GMA but the colours are simply horrible and somethings couldn't even be saved with a decent palette.
I also liked the original "Die Änderung" better, particularly the music. Back then, the tune was awesome!
Furthermore, the frame rate has dropped dramatically, when compared to the older Spöntz demos. You guys should really optimize the engine a bit more on the mac. And you may need to think about quitting SDL, since most tearing is due to that. Try quartz instead.
Anyhow, I still like Spöntz demo, but waiting for even better productions from the group.
