Looks pretty nice, a bit slow though.
i dont know why, but i missed a snow effect.

U guys had better things. even better colors. grafix is like 50-50% for me..too gray for me+green or something. music..nah..i like chip tunes but this one is like a monotone one, it does not suite. scroller..too long for reading when there is nothing special on screen. about the effects it is a nice mixture of old+new stuff...but again..too many effects at same time DO kill the whole "feeling". nah this one is n0t that good imho. u had betters guys!
The "radial blur" effect is very lousy, the "water" is ok-ish and the tune simply doesn't match with the overall "techy" style.

The effect is semi-niceish.. I kind of like how the illusion of water is done without any fancy tricks. But what's the point with the strange hovering lines?
Also, the art side didn't seem as inspired in this one.. and 200 frigging kilobytes? :O
