Windows version of the quite nice dos intro that won Arf!Party '99
added on the 2002-04-08 00:22:43 by Crest Crest
Uh, does this version qualify as an intro? The EXE itself is about 77kb, and that's without music, player or much else.

Still looks and sound great, though :)

it's a ported verison, and therefore they probably didn't look at the filesize.

idiot :)

Maybe it's a dentro?? Anyway, I personally didn't find anything too interesting here, but still felt it was better than the other recently added caldox intro port. The scenes don't do much, and the colours scheme, or lackthereof, didn't thrill me.
nice to see a winport.

Thanks for the feedbacks :)

I didn't care about the size, the dos version is 64k but that was for the compo, 3 years ago hehe ... it may look outdated but well...style is everything.. :)

yeah, i dont think anyone care about the filesize today. the intro for dos was 64k, and it was for the 64k compo.
and it rocked back then. i think calodox had a great style before, but they've changed a bit since then.
i havent seen any prods from them for a while now, I'd like too.
Bring It Back is totally awesome. synching in this port is a bit weird though...

Not my cup of tea. I found it somehow boring and the visual part wasn't that impressive.

supernice design built upon a supernice track!
very clean and very beautyfull effects.
a foreign intro at arf99, a jewel in the world of french demoparties' introcompos.

Rather mediocre intro, and why is it running so slow on my Athlon? FPS was like 10..

Great syncing, but the rest is bof, although the hexagon scene was pretty neat.

In the past I didn't liked these kind of demos with flat and wireframe. Today I don't realize they were slow when I run them in a modern PC. Though I somehow enjoy flat and wireframe but still there was something boring with this one so piggie.
