Just press F5, it worked for me
all: as cruizer say, try F5. file attributes are all right, but that server sucks. try to use different download manager, some of them works, som of them not.

too slow, boring and why the hell textmode? would have looked much better in a regular pixel mode. i like julias but this is simply pointless
I've gone to weird's page and downloaded all stuff, this one sucks cause it's too slow even for textmode. I've recently made a smooth one in pixel 640*480 res, so I know :/
ok, try to download it now, i've made it faster. archive now contains file julia2.exe - much faster version.
Obviously this is another case of someone using a hoster which does not like external linkage and tries to fight it with referrer blocking...
