it looked cool at the party. the question is, does it have shitloads of levels and bosses? or is it just more of the same we already saw? im too lazy to try it right now. will do later though.

I don't care, It won't run on this machine (osX port wanted) but it looked great and the cracked joke (this was the one with the cracked joke, right?... or w... oh who cares.) I thought it contained enough shooty-explosions and color bombs to say 'yeah, more of this please' - hopefully it does have tons of levels, or maybe a later release with tons of packed levels or summat (:
Wow, that was definitely enjoyable. Very nice lasershots and explosions. They should really do a full game out of it.

Look extremely great on the bigscreen. But there seemed to me no visual hint if you hit an enemy. That would really annoy me while playing, so please remove the shot when an enemy is hit, and also let the enemy flash a little or show some small explosion. But really important is that the shot is removed.

- The Gfx was drawn new by core !
- The Particle Routine
- The Paralax Routine - faster and owns 4 layers
- so nearly all is new !

It is too boring and I don't see any difference between levels. Still fun to kill a couple of minutes :)

if we all here follow your logic, you must flame against the 1st. price winner - lotus turbo 1 - 96k too. it uses the graphics of lotus turbo 1...
...but Lotus-1 96k is a great game with a lot of fun like our little game and the 1st. place is also right for it like the 2nd is ok for us...
So enjoy it or not - or are you angry why you´ve not reach the 100000 Points in it =)
We know how much work was needed to create this little game and we are since 1987 in the scene so - we´re simple to old to play a needless "flame and blame" game with you

Looked awesome on bigscreen, but runs way TOO fast on my laptop, maybe it needs vsync enabled :S

as xp (former known as experience2003), the coder of the game must know what is new and what is not here some words from him regarding your consequently questions to make you see more clearly:
- what might look as the same is the gameplay and the standard sine shot (all shooters i have ever done have this sine shot)
- the game is completely recoded
- the levelgenerator is completely new
- the parallaxscrolling is new
- the particle engine is new
- the two player option is new, thanks for the new gameroutine
- the musicplayer is a complete different one
- no words about gfx and sfx/msx
expect an advanced after party version, with loads of designed levels, final opponents, adiitional weapons and more
... but please don't bother, if the scroller in the after party version scrolls from the right to the left :)
ps from ras: if you like, we both could discuss this while having a beer at the next party, where we both attend.

I dont like piggies at all but: in my zip there is the virus mydoom.ah hidden in blaster.exe don't really know why it is there.. Thats why i dont check diz game and it gets a piggy.. BTW on bigscreen it ruled.

i see white squares everywhere it should have been text, or scores, or... the game itself is well designed but without interest at all

Tried this at work and anti virus doesn't like packed exe's. I played this a couple years back and loved it though.
