Graham says that it's shorta a Hardware fx, that he used the special raster capabilities of C64, or something like that...
I am not really aware of Hardware based fx, but I am still wondering of what hardware can do this amazing thing! (But I will learn later, because I am interested to be involved on C64 democoding,. if I ever find time for that too...(Because we have to save our CPC scene now! :))
