i found this FIXED version while browsing function intro directory.
now the blur works here, but i think it still has some bug because of the dark region in the middle of the 'halo'. dont know if it was intentional or not tho

both the fixed version and this release close instantly after execution without any error message. XP/SP2, SiS on-board graphics.
