I haven't seen such a nice sine scroller with 2d stars in 256b before. I love that thing :)
I remember a diferrent message when watching this at home, also there I got vertically lined up stars, prolly the random generator didn't worked well on my Athlon or something..

The one released at the party was bugged as hell. i don't even know if it looked the way it should on the compo machine but that's not really important.

hitch: well uh. the stars were all aligned in one vertical column and there was a bug that clipped the top of the scroller at some parts... so i guess not? :/

this is a fake 256b. i waited for the scroll to pass 10 times (and there was more). with "oldschool is a lame excuse - " it makes 290 bytes. not to mention 20 stars which make 40 bytes more.
