In case you still dont get it:
The building you see is the Schönherz Zoltán dormitory at Budapest, and during the special funweek, competitor groups have to challenge for the SCH cup in various events - one being coding an 1-bit animation on the lights of the SCH rooms, which are controlled with an internal circuitry, much like Blinkenlights.
(I'm unsure whether this is a first time for using a whole building as a demoscene platform, but hey it's technically oldskool hardware, built in the ~60s :)

That's a great use of those systems... It would have ruled more with some demo type effects of rotating objects and such, but hooray for scrollers! Love the oldschool music.
