I like the prod. But when sceners or in this case a scene groups decides to go commercial maybe its the beginning of the end for more 'scenish' releases? Anyway Thumps up!

This is a 64k advertising trailer made by Conspiracy. It was shown at the Games Convention show held in Leipzig, Germany in August 2005. I was amazed seeing a scene prod there. No bashing about commerce, please - grow up instead, because it's cool to see something like this there.

Do I dare say it? ok.. This is the Conspiracy release I like the least! It brings nothing new, what so ever. Come on! Give us what we want! We want some Hungarian masterpiece's like we are used too! :)

Very good and nicely designed, but I prefer the older epic-style Conspiracy stuff.

@okkie: Did you know that commercial demos exist since 1992? The Silents did an Amiga demo for Cat Computer Club. The scene has always been evil, not only since the Afir-Cola appeared. (I didn't know about that before Evoke 2005, where I really had an interesting talk about these things. Thanks *man* for the info).

Oh, come on. Conspiracy made a commercial, because they have the talent to make one. They didn't post it to pouet, as it's not a scene release. So why does it bother you? Does it make you sad or angry to see people making commercials or what? It's none of our business.

All right - what's wrong to use old stuff to make some money, that will help You to make a good intro. I think that the ones who are shouting "commercial stuff" doesn't know much about how many non payable hours You must spend to produce a good intro/demo. They probably have their cozy job a good monthly sallary and watch demos/intros from time to time.
As for the intro - it runs about 1 fps on geforce 6200 so it gave me a smile :).

it's probably because You're using the best antialias settings that You'll find. But I might be wrong. on 6200 You can query for up to 16 samples which is a killer quality but slow as hell.
Well, well. As long as Conspiracy will release some new scene stuff soon I'm happy. Good for you guys if you earn some money on the side.

Very very great! I am a fan of conspiricy for some time and this is really good and could be marketed as commercial too because of the intro character! if they want to but this is good so i give my thumb for this prod .
Anyway I like music in this intro and content are good.
I didnt like the music that much, but making money is always a good thing! oil money is to be preferred, but intro money works too.

Hm, having read through this whole, I don't really understand why people are so pissed off about a commercial demo. Why would making money of your talent be "commercialism" or prostituting yourself? Well, then the biggest whores are probably actors, painters, musicians and the like...
