It's ok to re-use stuff but at least mention the real authors in the credits, the music was done by monty (and it sounds like it's not even replayed correctly).

Ogge : Siriax and alphaone are writing their names like that since 1993.. Melon was not even born at that time.

Actually these kind of little logos were introducted in the demo humantarget done by melon in 1992, and were re-used by many people/groups around.
Melon had the nasty habit to create new trends almost each time they released a demo anyway.
Amusingly enough, the first dragonball was also a feature of the very same demo.
