Don't have the required device but greetings to Andy / The Round Circle anyway, hips.
Looks interesting by the screenshots. I was coding a project with a friend and we had to use MIDP2.0 for our needs, so I understand the pain :)
I will download and watch it in the emulator (I don't have a Java mobile yet, but I am planning to buy one soon) and then cast my vote.

cool, the framerate was quite good on my p900 aswell.
one question, you know any other solution than using a C preprocessor to get fixedpoint maths simplified for java development? it'd be cool to have some tweaked compiler or class converter so you could get fixedpoint maths for "free".

Watched on my siemens mc60. Some effects are slow but it's a great demo
Runs like a charm on the k700i!
it would be awesome if it had muzak, but it works great on my shitty nokia 3510i. Thanks! noice rules :)
Absolutly great! A demo that runs an my crappy siemens m55 (some flaws here and there but who cares!) and its even fun to watch. Thanks!
whizzter, what's wrong with inlining your fp-math by hand?
This rules! Worked great on my 3100.
I tried downloading the Nokia SDK, but once I downloaded .jar files created with it to my phone, the "Open" option was blanked out so I couldn't run it. Anyone know what I did wrong? ;-) Also, the Nokia SDK was AWFUL. Does anyone know of a GOOD, free MIDP 1.0 developer kit?

My phone does not seem to want to download it, the thumb up is for the neat stopwatch applet which is on the same page.
meh, doesn't even install on my motorola v547.. :(
Rulez!! wanna see more stuff on my k700i !!
Cool!
runs smooth on my Siemens C65.
runs smooth on my Siemens C65.
Pretty nice stuff.
Watched on the emulator :)
Gotta buy a new mobile soon..

Works nicely with moderate framerate on SE T610.
Ah, worked full speed on my 3510i ... very nice :)

CiH: That's strange - your phone could run the StopWatch, but not ProjectLCD? What model do you have, and what happened when you tried ProjectLCD?
Nokia 6820, and it is a problem with downloading it. Goes through the motions as if it is downloading, then comes up "action fails" at the end.
Very nice. It's a pity that MIDP 1.0 don't have sound capabilities. But, in the other hand, it' s great to see a demonstration that is compatible with all java phones. Coding a demo like this being MIDP 1.0 compliant is not an easy task. Congratulations! (I have tested this cool stuff in my nokia 7210)
runs great on my sony-ericsson T630.
more demos for swedish phones pls!!! :D
besides, the demo was wery sweet :)

Runs nicely on my Siemens C65 :). Good job!
Smooth on my nokia 6100 :)
it needs music... and it is a bit short too :/
coolio! the best j2me demo so far. extra star for being midp1.0 based.
I have a demo on my phone \o/
was decent, but not that special, except maybe for the portability but that was part of the midp choice anyways.. sorry, didnt give me any reason to want to run it again. maybe if i had a shittier phone...
How exactly do you draw to the display?
The ony way I figured out in pure MIDP was to build an uncompressed PNG in in memory, and use that as a framebuffer. Sadly you have to run the Adler/CRC algo on it everytime you want to blt it.

saw it on my bro's 6670, it was nice! i liked ze twister :)
Scali: I had the same wonder. http://www.pouet.net/topic.php?which=2049
finally managed to see this... amazing :)
for midp1.0 and beiing smooth on k700 this is hard shit!
Very cool, and in only 18K! Although no sound and only shades of grey. A proper ending would fit, too.
Yay! A demo that runs on my z600! Rock on!
midp 1.0
cool! it really runs fast on my 3510i
what da fuck where is my rulez
sweet
First demo that was actually working on my LG U8330i :')
Awesome
Awesome
Cool! Well designed as well. Congrats!
Awesome design.
My mobile is so shitty that it crashes in the middle... anyway: Great.
Yummy, gets a thumb up anyway as it was the first demo that was running on my Siemens CF62!
well well
pain
Great! Full works at Siemens E71/EL71, but pity that there is no music.. In difference from other idiots from Mobile phone platform, noice thought a head. Work has turned out very stylish.
Loved it on my Siemens MC60 =)
nice little intro, it run well on Nokia6300 (in landscape mode on a portrait screen)
Eventually got this to run on a new phone (Nokia 6120) ;-)

A J2ME demo running in pure MIDP1.0 (only other J2ME coders will know that pain!)
Doing that kind of thing with J2ME can only be worth a thumb up indeed :)
Very Smoth on c65
Awesome. Good thing about java sucking is that no one updates it for 5 years and you can still run pearls like this on mostly every phone.
It looks simple nowadays...
...but it probably runs on every J2ME device!!
I've successfully run it on Siemens M55 (launched in 2003) and Nokia N95 (launched in 2007).
Big respect for that! This demo deserves for high position all-time

I had it on my old Nokia 5800. Cool.
runs smoothly on Blackberry Curve 8530. nice use of grayscale colors
Some goodness. Plays nicely on Sony Ericsson K510i I own for like 11 years now.

if this prod is a fake, some info is false or the download link is broken,
do not post about it in the comments, it will get lost.
instead, click here !
It should run on just about any J2ME device, so try it on your cellphones, PDAs or whatever else you can think of!
