One of my favorite demos from the old PC demoscene. - Hmm,.. I have a long time to watch some old PC demos now I am thinking it :/
Text appears: "640Kb memory should be enough for everybody - Bill Gates 1981". Then Bill Gates' face gets distorted like in a washing machine... Demo's best part? Probably! :-) I'd like to have been on the party place when they showed THAT! :-)
yea rite yea sorry for being short but what i remember is only this rotating head of billgates well what can i say 2048 sinedots on the middle of the screen no no no i mean it was so round this head a perfect circle - aaahh perfect circle, i will better go and review this new TBL's masterpiece... so see ya there!
a worthy winner of the asm94 democompo, great effects (the julias and the cave rocked), and a wonderful soundtrack by whalebone.
this was the first demo i saw, and it got me shocked for weeks. I couldn't understand how a computer could do those morphing IFS fractals at the beginning.

Ah, I love this demo... The Bill Gates part is leet. All these oldskool demos show some kind of innovative spirit and are full of ideas. Today everything is about 3D/more effects/brighter/faster

yeah! I saw this one years and years ago! Right now, I can only get it sorta-workig on my modern PC without sound, so I have no idea what the music sounds like (can't remember)... I'd love to see a Win32 port or a Divx/MPEG version.

a good demo, liked it a lot back then. though, i do remember liking some demos more than this at asm94.
I never knew what the fuss was with this one, other than the funny bill gates quote and effect. I actually liked EMF's other productions quite a bit better.
I like this demo very much, but the BillGatesPart is shit in my eyes. There are much better effects and a stretched face..., ok the stretching is quite perfect. Overall the demo is one of the best ever.

Great demo with a typical demotune. Probably the first demo with this face stretching and distorting, quite much demos with similar effects followed. But nothing beats the original :)

Oh yea, I remember this one... Nice hires IFS fractals, a voxel (or whatever it was) tunnel, and some other cool stuff.

I like this one of the best dos demos. And the Bill Gates part is not lame, even considering the fact that he never said that 640kb statement. :)

Oldschool (at least for me) in it's purest form. Good music, varied effects and all that stuff that makes me want to be five years older so I'd lived there... :) One of the best IFS morphers ever, in my opinion.
