I am a woman, my wife is a man! It's orange, it can't be bad... they got a different approach to demomaking, that's what makes them unique, you either like them or loathe them. I like them I can't help it. And this demo is one of their most representative works. So you better watch it.

Tis demo has got quite funny storyline , but at the same time it's full of nice effects and some pretty pictures. A very good demo from Orange.

Hm, I actually own the Linguaphone vinyl from which the whole "I am a woman" stuff came. I don't recall that man being ambivalent about his sex on the original records, though.
This might not be Orange's best demo technically, but it's has loads of atmosphere and a striking soundtrack. Recommended.

I found the sound samples interesting, but not the demo.
Hmmm, this demo is truly, imho, one of the most over adored demos. I wonder what the comments would have been, if it had been made by some other "lesser" group. The only thing this has going for it is the cool sound track. Except for that, the visuals are not great, the demo is empty, and overall it bites.

Name recognition has a lot to do with this... I've seen some much better demos from 1997 and earlier. The only thing I can really appreciate are the particle effects, as I hate the music. Sorry.

Nice surreal theme. The effects may not be much on paper but they're used to great effect and everything here is pure orange style. My orange favourite is megablast but this is fighting for the second with some others...

This would be awesome if the drums weren't weird enough to make you think there was some weird skips going on. Played the IT in various players on different to make sure it just wasn't some classic Gravis Ultraclicks(tm).

Yes, orange still has the best particles. At this point they had two years of incredible releases behind them -- and this one book-ends that period nicely, bringing together orange's more moody and their more playful sides.
Cool effects and music. Funny lyrics.
Classic 2k effects with a surreal, mesmerizing soundtrack. Still love it 24 years later and re-watch it every so often.
