Aaaaargh!!
Why not a txt for a download manager?

Nice and very dark ambient music.

really impressive for a two days of coding and gfx'ing. ps: You've chosen wisely I think that I'm not good at coding fast and stable interfaces. hmm maybe I'll look for a job at M$ :). Good work guys!! cheers
neat
This is very excellent background music. The interface sucks, though. A music disk is not a demo, and the main loop should [b]not[\b] eat 100% CPU time. Some well-placed Sleep() commands do wonders. Either that, or use GetMessage() like any other well-behaved Windows program.
nice interface :)
but why oh why isn't the antarctic scene greeted ? :(

FUCKINGS TO FUCKINGS!
s_tec: and do you know the exact granulity of Sleep? It's completely useless. You must do it in separate thread that controls the display refresh rate with WaitableTimer or high precision Timer. Anyways I don't belive that hitchhikr had time to implement this in two days so just watch the scroller/gfx for some time and minimize it. Are you spending your time just for watching foobar's/winamp's interface? Not a chance.
Cheers

Oh. I'm stupid.
Should have thought to minimize it.

NOISE! okish stuff
nice gui but why so small ?
if you don't want to make the musicdisc too heavy to download, it's not so hard to code a downloader from the musicdisc...
The tracks i've dl'ed atm sound pretty good

am i the only one who gets a white box instead of an actual interface? the music starts playing allright.
Minus: The GUI is a bit too small and cannot be resized
Plus: Everything else <3

egbert: what are your specs?
ps: intel p4 centrino laptop. intel extreme graphics II adaptor ( = sorta tnt2 but a bit faster but crappier drivers). winxp pro. 512m ram. latest dx.
Great ambient tracks indeed. GUI didn't really work at all { when mouse pointer is on any button, layout goes almost all white }... for the music :)

hitch, i've been *coding* a demo with rectangular textures on this box :)
(unless you're saying your textures aren't 2^n * 2^m either)
but well, i guess it's something with the card anyhew.

Ambient @ its best! Super Bock cerveja con sabor autentico for the music!
Wow.
one of the best music disks ever made
I love dark ambient. Especially from enough records.
like the music. interface looks cool but is nothing special.
