Heros of Might and Magic, huh? Very nice =). Brings nice memories.
Remark: the sky texture, imo, does not fit the mountains one. I understand, that's not too easy to find the best one.

I haven't played Settlers II. I played once some Settles, just to see what it is.
It seem like a good game. I just didn't happend to play it as a child.
I still have 4 more towns from Heroes III to do.
I was thinking about making screene from first Resident Evil or Tomb Raider II.
And I don't think I will ever be able to do anything better than this.

Great modeling work - the only thing I feel is missing that would've added a lot to it is 1. paths between the buildings (they wouldn't need to be super accurate, just to break up the floor texture) and some change in the texture based on elevation.

Try to better synchronize all the elements you put on your gfx. Take your time, observe other ppl's work efforts.
