Can you explain that?
I had forgotten my paypal password since a long. There, I had fortunatelly few money (some 250$ price from the GP2X demo) which I though needed to transfer to a bank. I couldn't remember my password and they wouldn't send it to my email as other services do. I had to answer to some questions I put that I don't remember (Apparently I didn't gave a shit then).
Ok,. after five times with the questions, they don't allow me the questions. I forget the shit..
After a month, I try again some passwords. I notice that at the message where it says "forgot your password" it also says that my account have expired or has to be closed, or there are no money in. And there is a button to close it..
..because I can't bother with this something told me to push the button no matter what happens. And so I did a new one account and lost it and now there is 0 euro.
But the strange is:
Why letting someone close the account with a button even if he is not the owner.
I mean,. I could write someotherguy@email.com and a wrong password and it would show the account thing and ask if I want to close. And I would close other peoples accoutns?
How without signing in with the right password, I could still close my account and it told me there are no euros in it?
Argh!!!
Anyways,. now I will forget this because it was already a headache about the lost money and password. I prefered to kill it no matter if I loose the money so that it doesn't get in my head. Wicked!

That's what happen when you have a keylogger installed on your computer or you answer to that password confirmation request in your spam folder.
Have you sent an e-mail to something like the technical support?
