I should justify my thumb by saying it's a cool sequence of video clips, like VD/FLT's "242" but set to more ambient music by Jugi. 9 Fingers fans might enjoy one of the clips toward the end :).

Heh.. remember that smooth text-mode scroller at the end?

Well, when remembering ASM'94 then I remember some bad organizing and useless dumbass comments during the compo(s).

I remember the powerful soundtrack well - nice piece of 1994 videodemo avantgarde, this one! :)

Jugi to Astro, pointing at the footage of the seal: "That's the coder swimming over there" :)

Fucking brilliant, got lost in a sea of bad organizing though. Using anims was still a taboo back then.

One of the prods that back then gave me the first glimpse of stuff that demos could be aside from rotating things and plasmas.

Nothing big codewise + similar things were shown a year before on Amiga (242). The tune saves it: nice work overall

Awesome, awesome, awesome and the era it comes from makes it even more powerful. I'll take some creepy videodemos with quirky kick-ass music over some rotating cubes with chiptunes any day!

nice music but i never liked video demos.
Ah, the one with the FC tombstone scene. Almost forgot about that. ;)

I give it a thumb for Complex's historical boldness to do a "pure" video demo on PC at that time (more radical in its approach than the first Coma demo, which was also released at ASM'94, and as far as results go, better than 242).

pretty interesting.

also, that organizing must really have sucked..

It's more a music video than a demo.
Still, it's fucking great. Good mood.
