Another incredible demo from Reflex, their third The Party winner in a row. Not quite the wow-factor of Mathematica, but still very hardcore - tilting landscape, fullscreen pic warping, 2D metaballs, and be sure to catch the hi-color _video_ toward the end. Better graphics than the previous Reflex products, and of course the music is still good. You'll never underestimate the power of a megahertz again. :)

was it last RFX demo? if i recall right it was...
cool graphics and really cool design, even if it is "text -> effect -> text -> effect -> etc" type, nicely done it is! music, i can't really recall but perhaps good as always. what blew me off at first was this animation of skiier, damn smooth and impressive (at least seeing it for the first time!)
Reflex means quality :)

Some words by the creator of NINE, it's for sure not the last one but the one before. The last demo prod was "Breitbandkatze" (like broad cat, taken from a pic of felidae/reflex on www.pautze.de), a double-sided demo that got place four at The Party 7 due to a lack of time to finish it (as usual :-), download the 100% version from

Have a nice day, zorc/reflex

The 9th reflex demo. Also one of their best efforts.

Very cool demo - I particularly like the voxel

the voxel is indeed good, the best so far on the c64.

Lots of interlacing effects in this one, Vice doesnt do it justice. Withholding a thumb until I get around to trying it on real hardware....

Should it look better on a CRT? Cos its still a bit of a mess on the real thing :-/
