Awesome! Intro parts are smooth as f. Modern rubbercube effect. When it gets all orange/rgbish I'm not sure if it is spot on anymore though. Final scene with the gas brings it back in place.
There is never too much Excess. Looking forward to seeing more.

i like that you got bunch primitive objects to look interesting and keep the viewers interest up through out the demo, but i was hoping for a killer scene but didn't get it. a bit different type of excess demo, so cool cool!

i really like the concept and really fell in love with the way you sync! however, what i will never understand is why people start to overuse chromatic aberration. thumbs up anyway, this was the only letdown!
In theory, there's a linux port here. But sadly, this just renders as garbage on my Intel Linux driver. But people with NVIDIA or AMD might have more luck, dunno.
Thanks to the recent support for Vulkan on macOS (MoltenVK), it should be relatively easy to get this to run on macOS also. I'll look into that tomorrow, when I have access to my mac again.In theory, there's a linux port here. But sadly, this just renders as garbage on my Intel Linux driver.

OK, so seems the linux-port "just compiles" on MacOS. Sadly, I also get no useful output there. It's *better* than on linux (no artifacts), but also no real output. I'll have to debug a bit, it seems.

Not entirely sold on this. Should've stayed more minimal, but instead I feel like it tries to do too much with too little and ends up being less than the sum of its parts. Despite this stuff being fun to make for sure, I'm starting to personally get bored by it as a viewer :)
Really enjoyed this, but I wanted another couple of minutes. I thought the movement, distortion, colour and progression were outstanding, see more little touches in it everytime I watch it.
Was the first demo in the compo that actually got me! Nice show!

Just thought I'd mention that I finally managed to test the Linux build on a system with a non-broken Vulkan driver, and it seems to work fine. So yay. Now if I could only figure out how to package up redistributable binaries...

@xernobyl: Nah, I don't regret it. Doing it with Vulkan was the right choice in the long run, but as for "gettnig a demo done", it probably wasn't. I was just venting some frustration over how much time it took me to add relatively simple features.
