Very nice and unique soundtrack, and lot of glitchy poly moments to enjoy. I also like that glyph design in the texts.
superb polygon splatters, cool graphics and design overall
music sounds a bit half-assed, at least in regard to the samples

RETURN OF THE OLD FARTS
well done my boys <3
well done my boys <3
Impressive polygonnage for a low end Amiga, tight design and good pacing.
nice
Neat
That's what i call a show... awesome :D
Next demo, bring Ra back please ;)
Wow.
Splendid music + art + code = epic
.. the only thing I'm not super fan is the 3D fly-by (cf. the shape of the static mesh + used colors), otherwise super-top-prod

Awesome!
:D
The soundtrack is haunting, haha! :)

Great prod ! AGA level technically, very nice pixels, polys & notes
wonderful! Lovely sense of design, cool soundtrack, lovely polygons (and polished effects), runs really smoothly. Well done!
\o/
design!
What the hell?! Looks amazing!
What a nice surprise, what a nice demo with a totally awesome soundtrack and loads of visual eyecandy. Moar plz!
Great all around!
Almighty... this is a killer!
Wow, such style and content. Love seeing solid and polished OCS demos like this.
Awesome, I really, really enjoyed that production alot. Great work, guys!!
The more than 1MB RAM requirement bugs me a bit, but otherwise probably the most solid OCS prods for a long time... Clear thumb.
Lovely.
great, could not believe it's for 1.3!
Well it is now confirmed... Amiga rulez! This demo is freakin awesome! I have no words for it really. The design is out of this world, and as far as I can judge the code is bloody good for OCS. Ofcoz it also has kickass gfx as you would expect from made. Ladies and gentlemen this is how to demo. Thanks for the show guys! I never ever expected to see an OCS demo this good in 2016.
Metablobs on A500 and other cool stuff you never see on OCS!
Nice surprise! Cool stuff!
what everybody else said.
good is good
really enjoyable. i'm sucker for low polys and glitching
Great production!! At first I thought it was an AGA demo. Really nice pixels.
rulez
Nice stuff. Eagerly awaiting the final version, with a tiny hope that you'll get it working even on a classic 512+512 setup. ;)
what a nice surprise! delicious french stuff <3
wow, it's really good, thank's for this masterpiece!!
Wow. Just wow.
Nothing to add here, still blown away.
Congrats to TDK on being greeted even 2 times in such an awesome demo ;D

Wow that's wicked! Love the smashing cubes! Graphics are awesome. All fits together really well. Minor gripe is some of the samples sound a little dated but the tune itself is really good.
i don't get the hype, sorry ...
i wish i could judge this technically, but it's cool anyway =)
A superb demo in all respects. Loved the graphics (especially the end scroller background), the fx and the music.
Man, those shivers when I played it first...
Thank you so much for that fantastic prod, brings back so many memories.
Please, AGAIN!!!!

This demo is so amazing. Welcome back, we want more of this!
Welcome back, guys. Nice production!
Dang!
What a modern amiga demo should be.
Anyone tested this on real hardware ? Hope this work on real A500 without WinUAE speed up...
wasnt that amazed by the effects, but the design is very nice, as expected from made. soundtrack is a bit meh until it gets to the drummy bit in part 2 of it
Solid! For some reason Moby's soundtrack reminded me a bit of the one he did for No! by Nooon.
Definitively a thumb up.
Nice
Really enjoyed the look of it, especially the fake language display. Doesn't look like your ordinary half assed "alien language" or "fake asian". Well done. Music wise I am not entirely sure, if it fits, but at least it's not your generic electronica.
Obvious thumb for design alone and the metaballs looked really great!
My brain is demanding some kind of spacey catwalk jungle out of habit, but I'm kind of glad the soundtrack is something else :)

I absolutely dig the visuals* and audio: too bad they feel rather disconnected :\
*: except for some colors and obvious tile of the rotozoom.

Mega!!!
Veery nice... Love the style <3
Nice stuff!
The voronoi fragments look familiar :)
Hope to see more from you guys!

Fantastic prod ! Hail to the kings !
What do all the symbols mean? Is this a secret language?
Nice show, welcome back.
Well, it's 2MB of .dat run off a flash card. Is it "effects"?
Nice to see some 'modern' stuff on OCS although I think I will wait for the final to thumb. Not sure about the music, the memory requirements or the 3d scene stuff that's played back at variable frame rates with loads of glitches even if it's surely all precalculated.
<3 for the great oldschool design vibes along with the great music.

Not quite true! There's quite a bit of code hidden in the data files!
Good stuff but I'll also wait for the final before thumbing up.
Bit short, but great.
Great!
Short but very enjoyable. Some great effects for a500 ocs. Nice to see some old names still making quality prods.
Oh, i totally thought this is some 060-stuff!
Rewatching while knowing it´s OCS made the Demo like 10 times better, although i really liked it already!
Something negative from me: I don´t like how you use Groupnames of Groups you have been in ages ago, but are dead for ages aswell. I could release under so many Groupnames if it would work like that!
I hope this means Dreamdealers are back, though! Sanity will stay dead for sure! Bomb would rock, but as long as no coder makes a comeback this will stay a wish i guess! But you guys can keep releasing stuff together so we atleast can pretend...

looks nice... (did not check the music)
maybe the compo category animation would have been fit better ;)

lovely, lovely stuff!
Great demo!
A very nice demo that looks really fresh for being OCS!
I don't mind the Amiga 500+++ requirement but the downside with that kind of stuff is that there are basically no other demos with the same system requirements so making a fair comparsion to other demos is hard. If this was for the traditional 512+512kb config the awesomeness would be much more obvious.
And what Hardy said about groupnames...
Anyhow, great show!

I don't know if this is real. There seem to be a lot of flatcolored (and clipped) polygons on the screen. Looks like some of the older AGA Demos. What impressed me the most, was the stylish endscroller, you guys know how to do the stuff. Nice music, too. If it's really an OCS Demo you got a major achievement here. Thanks!
Best surprise at Evoke. Love the reference. Looking forward to final version (trackloaded, if you please).
Thanks for the ride!
Not bad! As always I like seeing comebacks on the Amiga. But if you're releasing stuff for OCS/ECS I prefer to see the production on an A500 512+512. Love to see a fix and your future stuff!
Great production even if its needs more then A500 512+512 :).
The classic dudes is back awesome A500 demo <3
Welcome back to the Amigaaaaaaaah guys :)
Welcome back to the Amigaaaaaaaah guys :)
I got excited :]
Cool A500 demo!
This is a nice demo.
nice demo but nothing exceptional imho. thumbs up for the marching cubes if realtime and nice graphics.
works great on my 1230 :) thanx a lot giving me such pleasure :) rulez !!!!
Very nice, loved the glitch effects!
Not bad. Japanese too. :D
It's a worthy comeback with some minor gripes (lazy dithered background images, repetitive music, buggy vectors).
Woah!
Good demo !!! And seems to work with fullspeed on my A600 with Kick2.05, 2MB Chipram and 4MB Fastram. Watched it there and it runs like it does on the linked Youtube-Video. Looking forward to a light-version of the demo now, that runs on a normal A500 with A501 ram-expansion. Hope it will be not to much downgraded then.
Well-designed and a couple of really good effects.
well..
if the 3d stuff is really based on actual real-time transform, lighting and clipping this would be a major breakthrough for OCS graphics.
however, i guess it is basically just filling pre-calculated triangles read from data files, which makes it much less impressive code-wise..
design- and graphics-wise i really dig the style (except for the font).
i would have preferred an electronic-style for the music.
still a solid thumb up.

They're parts. The animations are rendered from a 3D package and processed into the binaries.
Surely some work on the PC side, but I wanted to see metablobs, light-sourcing, physics, and 3D! He mixes it with real parts but when it's 2D I just feel cheated and can't enjoy it.
These are certainly all possible on OCS 1MB and there are infinite clever ways to get the framerate up.
Maybe epic fakes is the only acceptable standard since 1992, and I'm too oldskool, and all that. But I just can't change how I feel.
I think the music fits and doesn't fit at the same time. Strange :) But it's good. And the girl pic is excellent :) only the more grainy converted backgrounds and some palettes looked bad imo.
OCS ftw
lots of nice stuff here! waiting for the next one
Doesn't reach the level of Toothbrush 3 but still quite impressive! :D
Photon : Blobs are possible on plain A500 OCS, Saviour did it in Delirium by Complex in 92. Scalar field is rendered by using 5bits blitter additions.
majorana: you do realise that here we are talking about real 3d triangulated blobs, right? not the fake 2d bitmap stuff..
Welcome back guys.
After reading all the big names I hoped for some fresh code by Chaos, Mr. Pet and Gengis. But nice prod anyway.
The precalced vectors are not a downer for me. I know, that doesnt make things easier. And the results look awesome.
But I still hope and wait for a proper linked trackmo with lower mem requirements before I give my mandatory thumb.

Hmm. Feels like an A500 trying 060 stuff. I agree on the music not fitting the pace of the demo at times. Also then this 2D comes up, overstays its welcome an breaks the mood. Still not a bad demo, so a weak thumb up.
really nice demo! and moby is back!
Some baller effects in this one. Keep pushing that OCS!
great!
Really excellent demo!! And it's doesn't even require AGA, bravo! :)
cause cool stuff is cool stuff!
Smooth A500 3D (although the tunnel-ish thing is a bit buggy, and there's a lot of baked stuff, of course), nice 2D graphics. Music and pacing is a bit strange.
Can't not thumb up
Awesome!
great design, still needs polishing
short but nice
decent
nice
Very nice mix of pre-calc and reatime. Girl pic is totally ace, would love to have the original (non jpg) version.
looks good
An exquisite, organic piece of art. Interesting use of rock organ in the soundtrack. Very nice to see such nice visuals in an ECS demo! Looking forward to watching on a real A500. :]
Awesome.... First thought was AGA but OCS is the new black :)
a shitload of potential, which looks rushed with no real direction.
waah waah! superb!
Great comeback, but please make it work an a standard A500 with Df0: :)
Liked this demo very much, OCS <3
Really nice, rulezzzz!!
looks good..but not working on standart a500.
Liked this one and the music too
Simply amazing!
nice
nice design!
Great to see old masters make a comeback! Loved it! Great combination of oldschool effects and contemporary design. Flat shaded metaballs totally blew me off. Big up! o>
Last effect kind of borks on my A1200 and the sound volume is strangely low, but I do like the rest very much! Great design and the shattering polys are delish.
Beautiful OCS demo!!!
Nice! Final version?
Yup, holding my thumb until final with proper loader comes out.
very good
Very nice demo (and comeback). The soundtrack by Moby is addictive and graphics by Made really rocks !
Pib thanks yet for code and mixing all good stuff from your demoscene shills d^V^b

excellent design, great colours, could have been classic but the music was so so.
#fakedemo
Nice
Sanity are back ;)
Could have been really cool but with the current HW specs it's more of a wild-demo curiosity.
This is fuckin' awesome!
Will there be a trackloaded version some day soon?
Yes, a floppy disks version like EON / TBL's demo ^ ^
Demo and effects are still really good even if it doesn't run on a stock A500
o.O very nice!
brilliant demo
Not worth a thumb down, as it's technically not OCS (doesn't work on Rev.5 A500, not even with lots of memory and HD), runs on A3000/60 with several parts visually b0rked. Effects a prime example of "french realtime". Glaringly shallow also in some artistic departments. Seems to be crafted on and exclusively for emulators.
Nice, but still waiting for the final
very nice demo design wise, but I'd love to run it on my stock Amiga 500 (basically what all the others said). Still worth a thumb in my books

All these effects are possible on OCS 512/512 if they are realtime and much slower - not replayed - and this is the reason for replies from not only me but other experienced Amiga OCS coders why the prod requires more than OCS 512/512. You are not an experienced Amiga coder, and this demo is bullshit like Spaceballs and The Black Lotus. Some coders just don't care to make effects for the platforms they love I guess. Effects is the only thing that separates demos from hey, let's render to video and go Wild.
Of course nobody has to agree with me, and nobody has to make new effects for Amiga, and nobody has to love demos with effects. In fact, nobody has to love demos. So don't blur the lines between Demo and Wild, easy. And the way we do that (ham-handedly, in the days of exponential cross-platform compression) is by "some kinda limits".
So let's see this demo then on OCS 512/512, otherwise it is precisely as stated, bullshit. (And now that I have informed of fantastical other-platform compression ratios, it still might be. Experienced coders are needed to tell you what is real.)
Love is real. And I love real effects.
I agree with Photon here. This demo is the worst abomination, as it selected a compo that was indifferent to platforms to disguise itself and mimic an OCS demo. Spaceballs was at least somewhat innovative at its time, and even Black Lotus is running on an OCS machine at least, although for me it's hard to sit through.
O.o
Fantastic demo. But did the final version ever came out?
I don't care so much about a final but I would really like to see another Bomb/Sanity/Dreamdealers demo one day!
Love it!
nice
