- demo Windows Chickens from Outer Space by Royal Belgian Beer Squadron [web]
- I am glad this demo spurs some controversy :-) Is it ugly? Absolutely! Did I use royalty-free music because I suck at creating music? Offcourse! Did I lend a shader and modified it so it reacts to beats and checked the license? Oh yes.
The point is, although this demo is an ugly whacked-together monstrosity, it did entertain the public enough to gain second place. We are thrilled that we were able to pull this off in less than 6 hours (started coding at midnight, and submitted it at 6 am).
Thanks for all the voters and support, and let me share a fresh beer with you. See you at some next demoparty!
Also, thanks to the organisation of Nordlicht, I was thrilled to attend a real demoparty since long (three years). We had a blast. See you next year! - isokadded on the 2022-09-19 12:59:18
- 4k Windows RBBS-Minus-03: Singularity by Royal Belgian Beer Squadron [web]
- The challenge was: partycode my first 4k from scratch.
@sensenstahl Well there is a small story behind the "annoying" part of the intro. The concept was that it would stop when the stars filled the screen, and that it would have no "music" at all. At the very last moment my shaders didn't work anymore with my 4k framework (god knows why) I decided to use Compofiller Studio as you can basically drop in a shader that works on shadertoy. One small detail: it requires you to include a 4klang song. So in literally a quarter I tried to figure out 4klang, looked for some program that works with it (OpenMPT did luckily), and produced a "song" so Compofiller Studio would not complain. All in all I am happy that it made the bigscreen. - isokadded on the 2019-04-27 20:25:09
- demo Windows Java Voxeland by Royal Belgian Beer Squadron [web]
- A little easter egg: You can play with the world by pressing "G" while the demo is running. To move, use W, S, A, D, space and C. Left click to remove blocks, right click to place blocks.

- demo Windows Time Travel by Royal Belgian Beer Squadron [web]
- You normally should not vote for your own demo but I think it doesn't any harm in this case...

- game Windows MacOSX PPC Oemfoeland 5 by Royal Belgian Beer Squadron [web]
- As Kuroto said, the Mac version is included in the zip file. The real size is less than half, something like 7-8 MB. And it contains some MP3 files for music...
The Mac version is much larger because it is compatible with almost all OS X versions... - isokadded on the 2010-01-06 12:32:05
