earx: The poly routine was coded based on the theory that by filling the polygons in a column based order instead of a line based order, there would be a maximum of 20 columns to handle instead of 200 lines... Less number of fill loops that is.
I did however mess up the init of the polygon drawing, due to lack of knowledge. If I would rewrite the routine today, I belive that it would be possible to shave of some 20-30% cpu time for each polygon... - isokadded on the 2008-01-26 21:18:14
