- Hey Wade, I got an idea - Maybe this is just a small & simple demo? Maybe it wasn't meant to be so "special" ? Just MAYBE they doesn't even care about the file-size? - Wait, this makes sense...? (consider..)

- Interesting demonstration. Which slightly reminds me a bit of one of his previous pieces 'metamorf'. (atleast the audial-experience) ... What I love about this demo is (much like as 'metamorf') is that it's so chaos'ish, drifty. organized low-fidelity chaos. You can't really get a grip of what exactly is happening all the time. Which sets you into some kind of very noise'ish, 'confusing' state... (which ofcourse is meant in a positive way) ...
In comparence with 'b10' for example, which is very 'concrete' so to speak. Where every sound in the demo is visualized with a minimal approach. So I guess it's a matter of taste what you like. Even though, I like both :)
>>> and for tomaes: I don't think it got anything to do with that track. Instead, I think the demonstration is about the "media-noise" in our society.
In my opinion, the name 'de:tox' and the demo itself sort of tells me something like:
"remove-the-media-toxication" or something similar to that. (which is something I strongly agree with... even though I know alot of you just give fuck about that)... All in all it feels like a protest. I might be wrong - but who cares... Art is in the eye of the beholder. Good piece. - rulezadded on the 2002-05-05 23:35:22
