To anyone interested : look at it on real hardware, it's so much better.
I've run it on both real hardware and STeem, and I do have the synchronization problem mentionned by @DataPro. Consider fixing it ?
Anyway, this demo really gives me this slap in the face like : wow ! is it really possible to do this on an ST(e) ? And the overall design is far above old productions that were more technical and sometimes a bit ugly even if very impressive nonetheless.
